Return Policy
All returns must be approved by Intercity Industrial Supply.
30-Day Return Policy
Purchases can be returned for up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. Additionally, the following terms apply:
- Proof of purchase from Intercity Industrial Supply is required for all returns.
- Returned items must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in salable condition.
- Intercity Industrial Supply‘s 30-day return policy does not apply to products sold on a final sale basis.
- Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless Intercity Industrial Supply or the manufacturer is at fault.
- Depending on the type of product, returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Any applicable restocking fee will be communicated prior to return.
Final Sale Items
Items sold on a final sale basis include (i) custom items; (ii) sourced product; (iii) clearance/while supplies last items; (iv) any other items Intercity Industrial Supply may designate as a final sale.
Returns After 30 Days
Intercity Industrial Supply does not accept returns outside of the 30-day policy unless otherwise noted. Intercity Industrial Supply will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or other adjustments with respect to any product that proves to be defective within the warranty period.
Returns Process

- When contacting us about a return, please provide the purchase date, the invoice number and the item number to help our team locate your order. This information is available on the packing slip or order confirmation email.
The returned product will be inspected by our team. A credit will only be issued for returns that meet all stated criteria. If, upon inspection, the returned product does not meet the stated criteria for returns, We will contact the purchaser to confirm return of the product to purchaser at purchaser’s expense. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing once the returned product has arrived at our facility.
